The PTE0420 is a low cost dual-channel Electric Fence Monitor used for monitoring electric fences in security applications.

This monitor compares the high voltage pulses applied to its inputs with a preset level. If the voltage falls below the preset level for an adjustable amount of time, the monitor changes the state of a relay. The Monitor will operate with standard or Bi-polar electric fence energisers that meet AS/NZS 3129 or similar. The PTE0421 contains an in-built battery charger with AC fail and low battery relay outputs.
